1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Registry ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Registry is an online marketplace where sellers can list AI tools and buyers can discover, compare, and purchase them. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not a party to the underlying sale of any AI tool.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers pay a one-time $29 listing fee. Listings are permanent once approved by our moderation team. For on-platform sales, AI Registry charges a 12% commission. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering digital products as described.

5. Buyer Terms

Buyers purchase tools at the listed price. Digital delivery (license keys, download links, or access credentials) is provided immediately after payment. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you encounter issues with a purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to list fraudulent, malicious, or illegal products. You may not manipulate reviews, engage in spam, or attempt to circumvent platform fees. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their tools and content. By listing on AI Registry, sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display their listing information for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Registry is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any listed tool. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
